Mukund Zalke is a SDET (Software Development Engineer in Test) at Xpanxion. He has worked on Web Automation, API Automation, DevOps, CI/CD, Docker and Security Testing. He is an Innovative person with positive mindset to solve problems using technology and highly quality conscious as well as dedicated and willing to take on challenging roles. He is also CPDOF (DevOps Foundation) Certified Professional.

1. Why do you think speaking at #ATAGTR2019 really matters to you?
#ATAGTR2019 is one of the prestigious conference in India. It is a great platform for me to exchange ideas, share my knowledge with testing community, learn new things also it’s a great opportunity to meet industry leaders and collaborate with QA community.
2. Do you think that organizations and individuals should go out and mingle more in community programs?
Surely, Community programs are the great way to meet like-minded people and share knowledge. This will definitely help every individual to know current testing trends.
It will also provide opportunity to develop new professional relationships meet creative minds and learn new technologies, which will also help the organization.
3. While practice makes all of us perfect, share an everyday practice that has made things better for you at work
First making a learning goal for the year to learn new technology, certifications in the year and start working on it.
Prioritizing daily tasks and take 1-2 hours of daily time for self-learning.
Reading new tech trends and blogs.
Do not hesitate to take help and feedback.
Follow fail fast approach as while innovating at fast pace, fail fast allows business to avoid big failures and enhances rate of success.
4. Anything else you want to share – coin your own questions…
As we are constantly learning, most important and challenging thing is putting what you have learned into practice.
