We had posted some questions to Manjiri as a part of his #ATAMyStory
1. Why do you think speaking at #ATAGTR2019 really matters to you?
I feel fortunate for being given a chance to speak at #ATAGTR2019. During the entire event, I will not only be participating as a speaker but also would be meeting and interacting with highly talented people from various organizations & domains. This would surely help me boost my technical skills.
2. Do you think that organizations and individuals should go out and mingle more in community programs ?
Of course yes! The community programs such as Conferences, Workshops, Hackathons, Meetups etc. really help individuals to collaborate, learn and grow in their technical paths. This will also help organizations for hiring a good talent, branding etc.
3. While practice makes all of us perfect, share an everyday practice that has made things better for you at work
The Microsoft sticky notes help me a lot. Every day in the morning, I create a sticky note on laptop desktop and keep on adding things that require my action on, be it even a small “to do” thing. During daytime, I start completing the things. And at the end of the day, I go over the list; if still anything is pending way and act accordingly. This way I hardly forget any action item.
