We had posted some questions to Padma as a part of his #ATAMyStory
1. Why should someone choose testing as a career? Or what does testing really mean to you?
Testing is essential in software/Hardware products, releasing a product without testing certified is risky, Only a tester can give such risk free product by putting their extreme efforts in finding bugs prior to production.
2. While practice makes all of us perfect, share an everyday practice that has made things better for you at work
Working in projects having more modules, sometimes unexpected/unplanned leaves will affect the project deliverables, to avoid such instances I have initiated cross module knowledge share   within the project, which helped us to work in any module on adhoc basis if needed.
3. The most challenging bug or issue that I have found and learnings from it ? Or The most challenging testing task that I have done and how I accomplished the same
Finding bugs by performing out box testing is a challenge because anyone can find a bug by testing a requirement as it is given, I found many such bugs and most of them were accepted by Business/Development.
4. Anything else you want to share
I feel proud to be part of cognizant family and Testing team. I want to count many more years in this testing career.
Thanks to all my project mates with whom I shared my testing experience.
