Asmita Parab is an Associate Director – QE | Heading QE Practice @ UST Product Engineering

She is a Quality enthusiast with overall 17+ years of good hands-on experience across QA. Currently leading the Quality Assurance practice for UST BlueConch where my role primarily entails building the organization’s capability, devising QA strategy for diverse projects, and also working closely on the career and growth path of QA members. Personally, I am a very creative person and enjoy art as a stress buster – Mother to an 8-year-old girl – in the phase of being a mom to a friend and enjoying every aspect of the journey.

Veena Murthy is a passionate Software testing Enthusiast, Consultant and a Technology leader. She is a ‘Driving Force’ and ‘Strategist’ behind many successful products and projects in the Banking and Healthcare domain. From last 19 years she has spearheaded versatile initiatives both at the tech and the management level. She has a very good exposure in both Indian and International market operations in QA / Software Testing services.

She has thoroughly enjoyed the forte of test automation from the days of being a WinRunner user, up until conceptualizing the building of many customized and value-added test automation solutions that automates UI, API or Data sets for desktop / browser/Mobile applications to the modern day AIML applications with in numerous filter options , connected graphs and huge data sets to validate . She has led mammoth automation initiatives for business units that involved as much as test automation of more than100 applications with optimum tools and test automation frame works.

She has guided and mentored the QA teams from the challenging days of ‘Agile Test Automation’ and now the ‘Testing of ML models. Also, has been the proud torch bearer to the QA fraternity while scaling the new heights of technology – Leading Large independent testing programs, Test CEOs, Transitions and Testing Transformations.

She encourages and supports women to take up more responsible roles and enjoys being their cheerleaders while they explore their capabilities to the fullest.

Tripti (Mittal) Jalan is a Senior Consultant at TechVerito

She is an Testing leader with more than 14 years of experience in IT and a career path transformation from Software Developer to a Functional Tester to an Automation Test Engineer to Associate Test Architect. she comes with a very strong 7 years of experience in Selenium and has been an avid Selenium Trainer, speaker in conferences and webinars.
she has delivered many end to end testing projects and inspired/mentored/managed large testing teams. She had worked with Capgemini, Mastek,Arrk Solutions and DELL Perot Systems earlier in key roles.

Harpreet Kaur Kahai has got around 16 years of experience into Performance Testing. Currently working as Performance Test Architect in PTCoE with Capgemini Services Technology India Limited. She has worked with many performance testing like JMeter, Loadrunner, WAPT,Webload,VSTS Ultimate, Neoload,RPT etc. and APM tools like New Relic, App Dynamics, Grafana, Azure AppInsights etc. providing end to end performance testing solutions. She holds experience with Performance Testing of Big Data Application, Web Applications, SAP, Service Now, Mobile Application, API and Voice Calls

In her career, she developed and implemented performance testing framework for accelerating testing and also contributed in writing whitepaper as part of TCOE initiatives.

Harpreet has received many appreciations for her contribution as trainer and mentor for Agile Testing, Performance Testing and grooming new joiners of company. Winner of various competitions within and outside organization.

Identify and implement process improvements and assist in the integration of complex business factors, as necessary to develop and implement long-term strategic planning objectives.

As a tester, believe in the approach of avoiding defects than finding one, using various techniques to match up the speedy timelines.
